Types of Cases: General Anesthesia (Adult), Spinal Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia/Surgery; Post-op Extremity Blocks (Preferred); Arterial Line Placement (Preferred)

Credentialing: Estimated 90 days; Temporary privileges available

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified/

Board Eligible: Board Eligible minimum

Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Licensure: Must be licensed in Michigan (MI) only; IMLC not accepted
