Must be able to do spinals and abductor canal blocks Sept 28th- Oct 2nd Surgery Center Sept 30th- Oct 2nd Hospital October 5th- 9th Surgery Center October 19th-23rd Surgery Center November 2nd-6th Surgery Center November 16th-20th Surgery Center November 23-27 (not the 26th) Surgery Center November 30th-December 4th Surgery Center December 14th- 18th Surgery Center December 21st- 24th Surgery Center December 28th-31st Surgery Center December 29th-31st Hospital
