• Location: Frisco, TX

• Anticipated start date: ASAP, pending credentialing preferred

• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Trauma Level/Bed Count/# of ORs: 8 ORs

• Call and OT: No call

• Schedule: Days, 4x10 weekly, Monday–Friday; no weekends

• Number of cases per day: 100 deliveries/mo
• Types of cases: Ortho, General, Neuro, GYN (CRNAs do not need to do blocks/spinals/epidurals)
• Supervised or Autonomous: Medical Direction
