• Location: Naples, FL

• Anticipated start date: ASAP, pending credentialing preferred

• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days

• Trauma Level/Bed Count/# of ORs: No trauma designation

• Current staff: ~3 MD/9 CRNA (North site) or 6 MD/22–25 CRNA (Baker site)
• Call and OT: Required: 7p-7a weeknights + 24-hr weekend (every 5th weekend); 1 night/wk, 1 weekend/mo max

• Schedule: Days; 3x12 or 4x10 shifts (non-consecutive), full-time only

• Types of cases: Heavy ortho/general/vascular/neuro (no cardiac, no OB, no peds)

• Supervised or Autonomous: Medical Supervision (occasional Medical Direction), 1:3 or 1:4
