• Location: Dallas, TX

• Anticipated start date: ASAP, pending credentialing preferred

• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Trauma Level/Bed Count/# of ORs: 25 ORs
• Current staff: 2 MD/2 CRNA (or AA) days; 2 MD/1 CRNA (or AA) nights & weekends

• Schedule: Days, 3x12 weekly, plus one required 24-hour in-house OB weekend shift per month

• Number of cases per day: 600 OR cases/mo; 500 deliveries/yr
• Types of cases: OB mainly, some general surgery (must be able to place epidurals)
• Supervised or Autonomous: Medical Direction
• EMR: Meditech Offering:
