• Anticipated start date: ASAP, pending credentialing preferred

• Credentialing Timeframe: ~60 days (clean files only)
• Trauma Level/Bed Count/# of ORs: 24 ORs

• Call and OT: No call; OT available

• Schedule: Days, Monday–Friday 5x8; weekends optional, OT available

• Patient age range: No peds

• Number of cases per day: 900 OR cases/mo; 200 deliveries/mo

• Types of cases: General & OB (50% spines); no hearts, no peds

• Supervised or Autonomous: Medical Direction (CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, epidurals)
• EMR: Paper anesthesia records / Meditech Offering:
