• Location: Richardson, TX

• Anticipated start date: ASAP, pending credentialing preferred

• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Trauma Level/Bed Count/# of ORs: 14-16 sites of service (ORs)

• Call and OT: No call

• Schedule: Days, 3x12 Monday–Friday, no weekends; must be able to work Fridays

• Number of cases per day: 900 OR cases/mo; no OB

• Types of cases: General, Ortho, Neuro, GYN, Urology, Vascular, Podiatry, GI (spinals helpful for some ortho cases, not required)
• Supervised or Autonomous: Medical Direction
• EMR: Epic Offering:
