• Location: Ft. Worth, TX

• Anticipated start date: ASAP, pending credentialing preferred

• Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days (or 60 days with clean file/full packet, temps)
• Trauma Level/Bed Count/# of ORs: Level 1 Trauma

• Call and OT: No call

• Schedule: 5x8, or 2x8/2x12; weekends optional for interested providers

• Patient age range: Adult/Geriatric preferred (prefer 2 yrs experience)
• Types of cases: All but OB (spinals/epidurals not required)
• Supervised or Autonomous: Medical Direction
• EMR: Epic Offering:
