• Location: Live Oak, TX

• Anticipated start date: ASAP, pending credentialing preferred

• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Trauma Level/Bed Count/# of ORs: 10 ORs
• Current staff: 4 MD/CRNA per day

• Call and OT: No call; No OT

• Schedule: Days, 4x10 with a rotating day off; full-time only, no weekends

• Types of cases: General (23.2%), GI (24.9%), Ortho (16%), GYN (9.2%), Urology (6%), Cardiology (7.5%), ENT (1.5%), Neuro/Spine (3.15%) (CRNAs do not need to do blocks/spinals/epidurals)
• Supervised or Autonomous: Medical Direction
