  • Location: Fort Wayne, IN

• Anticipated start date: ASAP, pending credentialing preferred


  • Credentialing Timeframe: 1-3 months (temps grantable)

• Call and OT: No call

• Schedule: Days, 5x8 (40 hrs/week); no weekends

  • Types of cases: Endo, OB, General, Ortho
  • Supervised or Autonomous: Independent Practice (CRNAs must do blocks, spinals, epidurals)
  • EMR: Cerner Offering:
