• Location: Grapevine, TX

• Anticipated start date: ASAP, pending credentialing preferred

• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

• Call and OT: No call

• Schedule: Days, 5x8 Monday–Friday; full-time only, no weekends

• Patient age range: No peds

• Types of cases: General surgery – bread and butter (no hearts, no peds, no OB)

• Supervised or Autonomous: Medical Direction (CRNAs will NOT need to do blocks, spinals, epidurals)
