• Location: Dallas, TX

• Anticipated start date: ASAP, pending credentialing preferred

• Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
• Trauma Level/Bed Count/# of ORs: 30-40 ORs
• Current staff: 20 MDs/30 CRNAs

• Call and OT: No call

• Schedule: Days, flexible shift structure, ideally 40 hrs/week (36 considered); Tuesday–Friday preferred, no weekends

• Number of cases per day: 3,000 OR cases/mo; 300 deliveries/mo
• Types of cases: GI/IR primary with some work in OR (routine cases like colorectal/gyn onc)
• Supervised or Autonomous: Medical Direction (no new grads)
• EMR: Epic Offering:
