• Location: York, PA

• Anticipated start date: ASAP, pending credentialing preferred

• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days (temps avail w/ clean file, leadership approval for expedite)
• Trauma Level/Bed Count/# of ORs: Level I Trauma (Adult I II III IV)

• Call and OT: No call

• Schedule: Scheduled days, 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM–4:30 PM), 3x/week; no call

• Patient age range: All ages
• Number of cases per day: Patient volume varies by anesthetizing location
• Types of cases: Wide case mix (Level I Trauma facility)
• Supervised or Autonomous: Medically Directed 1:3 (max 1:4)
