• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Length of contract: 3-6 months
• Shift: 8, 10, 12, 16-hour options
• Call: Not required but willingness for beeper call is preferred. Post call off. One call shift a week (back up or inhouse), 1-2 weekend shifts per month

• Types of cases: General and OB, some vascular, some trauma, No hearts, No pediatrics. 50% Spines -EMR:Paper anesthesia Records, Meditech for EMR Submission Requirements

• Other: Active TX License, BLS and ACLS. Will consider new Grads.
