Anesthesiologist
Location: Virginia
Schedule: Required night float (in house) 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Overtime is expected as outlined in the order details. Openings: 2Position OverviewProvide anesthesiology coverage in a hospital setting in a medical direction model.
Case mix
includes general, obstetrics, neuro, and orthopedics. MDs supervise CRNAs and may do their own cases as outlined in the order details. Clinical ScopeMedical direction model with supervision ratio up to 1 to 4Case types include general, OB, neuro, and orthopedicsNumber of anesthesia rooms: 20
EMR: EpicResponsibilities include pre anesthesia assessment, obtaining and verifying consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with the patient, induction, maintenance, emergence, physiologic monitoring, and clinical interventions as neededRequired
Qualifications
