Call

Schedule

• 3×12s or 4×10s (non‑consecutive)
• Full‑time only
• Call required:
• Weeknights 7p–7a
• Weekends 24‑hr every 5th weekend - ~1 night/week, 1 weekend/month (may be less)
• Post‑call day off Cases &

Model

• No cardiac, OB, peds

• Heavy ortho/general/vascular/neuro
• Medical supervision; occasional direction (1:3–1:4)

• No trauma, no AAs Staffing:

• North: ~3 MDs / 9 CRNAs
• Baker: ~6 MDs / 22–25 CRNAs

Credentialing: 30–60 days
