Specific Details for

Assignment: Must be board-certified and proficient with regional blocks

Length of Contract: Ongoing

Schedule: 8-10-hour days, cases start at 0730; end times vary Call,

Nights and Weekends: None

Cases: Primarily orthopedics (total joints, hands & sports medicine); Ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, Pain, Urology and General cases. Regional block capability is required. Mostly adults.

Peds on occasion. No OB Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Yes

Facility: 6 total ORs; 4 ORs currently operating with a 5th room running occasionally. 1 MDA and 4-5 CRNAs per day

Charting: EMR and Paper

Credentialing: 30-60 days
