SCHEDULE

• Monday - Friday only

• No nights, no call, no weekends, no holidays

• Often done by 3-5PM
• Flexibility to be home in the evenings and on the weekends BENEFITS

• W-2 position

• Insurance coverage for health, dental, vision, basic life, and 5% 401k company contribution

• 10 weeks time off

• Blended rate pay structure (time in the OR + $100 for every block) CASE MIX / STRUCTURE

• All doc model, working autonomously 100% of the time
• Ortho majority - block skills required
