Integrity is looking for locum CRNAs for a dayshift and call positions at Beloit Memorial Hospital in Beloit, WI and locum CRNAs for dayshift positions at North Pointe Surgery Center in Roscoe, IL! Independent practice position, CRNA will need to be able to run their own rooms without medical direction from the attending MD. Opportunity to work at the highest level of practice and do blocks and central lines.

Cases include general, ortho, GI, OBGYN, ENT, urology, podiatry, and opthamology. Call shifts for OB and OR available. Compensation Details- $275/hr (10hr guarantee) $1000/day M-F call $2000/day Weekend Call $250/hr call back (2hr guarantee) $250/day per diem Miles reimbursed Malpractice paid
