• Dates: ASAP upon credentialing - Ongoing

• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Shift: Must be flexible on types of shifts 13s, 12s, 11/9s hybrid and/or 10s for minimum of 36 hr/wk

• Types of cases: ortho, General, Urology, Neuro/spine. No OB and no epidurals. -EMR: Medaxion charting - EMR Meditech Expanse

• Requirements: TN License, BLS and ACLS. Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Other: Medical Supervision. Bonus and travel included. Malpractice covered by Anesthesia OnCall
