Location: Jackson, MI 49201 Assignment type: Travel Assignment duration: 91 days, Start ASAP Cert: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Shift Type: Days; Provider must be able to work 32-40 hrs/week (8s or 10s) Scheduling requirement: Must be available to work either Monday or Friday every week On-call: No on-call duties required (strictly scheduled shifts)

Cases: General surgical cases with opportunity for neurosurgical cases and spinal anesthesia; patient population from pediatrics through geriatrics

Supervision: This is a supervised CRNA role working collaboratively with anesthesiologists EMR /

Charting System: Epic Facility level: Hospital-based setting designated as a Level II Trauma Center Approximate volume: Contribute to a daily volume of approximately 50 surgical cases across multiple ORs with rotating room assignments Responsibilities include airway management and intubation as needed, perioperative patient monitoring (pre-op, intra-op, post-op) Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 90-120 days Perm Placement / Conversion Fees (placement terms): CRNA: $18,000; Locum-to-Perm reduction schedule as provided by facility Submission
