• Rate: Industry competitive and negotiable
• Location: Central Wisconsin
• Facility: Level 3 Trauma Center
• Case Mix: Bread and butter, GI sedation, general surgery, gynecology, ENT, orthopedics, and uncomplicated pediatric care
• Coverage (Physician): Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Call: Beeper call (3:00 PM–7:00 AM); 24-hour weekend call
• EMR: EPIC

Requirements

• Certification: ABA Board Certified

• License: Active Wisconsin license required upon presentation
