Job Details: On-call beeper shift coverage needed off-site nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, seven days a week Day beeper call available Saturday and Sunday only from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM 2-hour minimum call back if called in Flexible PRN coverage opportunity also available Lodging provided at approved vendor hotel for providers who pick up Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights Surgical specialties include complete orthopedics, complex vascular, head and spine, neurosurgery, OB, pediatrics, regional, and thoracic Required anesthesia skills include general anesthesia (adult, pediatric, and trauma), spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and obstetrical cases Additional required skills include neurosurgical cases (head and spine), thoracic cases, complex vascular cases, complex orthopedic cases, and pain management techniques Post-operative responsibilities include epidural management, extremity blocks, and epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical regions Transforaminal procedures required for both lumbar and cervical

• Ventilation management, acute volume/BP issue evaluation, central line placement, and PA catheter placement required
• CRNA supervision experience required Board certification required; ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Trauma Level 2 facility
