We're looking for a service-oriented CRNA to join the team at CHI St. Lukes's Health - Memorial Hospital in Lufkin, TX. Chi St. Luke's Memorial Hospital-Lufkin, TX

• $327(k) with 7 Weeks Off

• $315(k) base

• $1,000 for weekend call pay (Sat/Sun)

• 1099 Position

• Case types include general surgery, orthopedic, Endo/GI, ENT (some pediatric), spine, ophthalmology, OB/GYN, cardiology and CV
• 500-600 OB deliveries each year
• Call is 1:7
• Team is comprised of 8 CRNA's

• Malpractice and tail coverage provided

• $40(k) Sign On Bonus Provided

Qualifications:

• Board certified

• Regional Anesthesia is proficiency is preferred, but we are willing to train
