Locum CRNA – Samaritan Facilities in Oregon

$250/Hour We are seeking an experienced Locum CRNA to provide anesthesia coverage at Samaritan-affiliated facilities in Albany, Corvallis, and Lebanon, Oregon. Coverage is needed as soon as possible, with an anticipated October start. The provider must have at least one year of CRNA experience, be comfortable working independently, and be willing to participate in call.

• Occasional callbacks for epidurals
• Full-time staff typically average one call night per week and one weekend per month

• Approximately 75% inpatient and 25% outpatient

• CRNA-to-physician ratio varies by day
• Most physician anesthesiologists are based at the Corvallis location
• Some physicians provide coverage at both the Albany and Lebanon locations
