Start: October 12, 2026 – March 31, 2027 Seeking an experienced CRNA for an ongoing assignment in Oregon. Providers must be comfortable working independently and willing to take call.



Schedule: Loc 1- 8–10 hour weekday OR shifts + 12-hour home call Loc 2: 10-hour OR shifts + 12-hour home call Low callback volume; most nights end by 9 PM with occasional epidural callbacks



Requirements: Active Oregon CRNA license Minimum 1 year of experience Willing to obtain DEA/CSR Must participate in call Practice Details: Cross-credentialing at Corvallis (Level II Trauma) and Loc 1 (Critical Access Hospital) Loc 2 is a Level III Trauma Center Independent CRNA practice model 75% inpatient / 25% outpatient Patient load: 1–5 cases/day (GI room in Corvallis up to 10)


EMR: Epic Adult & pediatric patients (no neonatal) No cardiac cases Cases Include: General, OB, orthopedics, vascular, sedation, ventilation management, spinals, epidurals, nerve blocks, regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines.
