USAP Tennessee serves the greater Nashville market with a collaborative team of more than 300 anesthesiologists and CRNAs, providing care across multiple hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers throughout Middle Tennessee. Our Nocturnist Anesthesiologist position offers a highly desirable schedule, with a one-week-on, one-week-off rotation from Monday through Sunday, working 7 PM to 7 AM. Centennial is a 750-bed hospital with 55–60 ORs. It offers one of the broadest case mixes, including cardiac, pediatrics (PEDS), OB, vascular, neurology, ENT, plastics, robotics, general, urology, orthopedics, and a cancer center, among others.
Centennial is a for-profit hospital owned by HCA and is known for efficiency and a high level of patient care. The facility has approximately 90 CRNAs and 35 MDAs, averaging 39,000 cases per year. Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown is our second-largest hospital, located adjacent to Centennial in downtown Nashville.
Midtown is a 680-bed, nonprofit hospital owned by Ascension. It has 45–55 ORs and offers a wide variety of cases, including OB, vascular, neurology, ENT, plastics, general, urology, plus two surgery centers, a joint center, and a spine center. The hospital is also known for its high OB volume, with approximately 9,000 births annually.
Midtown has about 50 CRNAs and 20 MDAs, averaging 32,000 cases per year.
