- Shift Options: Day shifts beginning at 7:00 a.m. with coverage blocks ending at 3:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., or 7:00 p.m.

- Case Mix: Broad surgical anesthesia coverage with strong volume in orthopedics, general surgery, and OB/GYN, plus urology, gastrointestinal procedures, cath lab, CVL, endoscopy, ENT, spine, and selected cardiac procedures Job Requirements
• Board Certified physician required
- Active Florida medical license required, or proof of application for Florida compact license if applicable
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
- At least 1 year of anesthesia experience required; cardiac anesthesia experience preferred
- Ability to provide 24 months of case logs within 5 days of credentialing approval
- A clean background is required, with no clinical, legal, or pending cases
- Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced anesthesiology environment Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, efficient anesthesia care across a diverse surgical schedule
- Manage cardiac anesthesia cases including CABG, valve procedures, TAVR, MitraClip, and left atrial appendage (LAA) ligation
- Provide approximately 70% independent case management and 30% supervision within a collaborative team model
- Participate in weekday coverage and rotating weekend call
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and support staff to maintain smooth case flow
- Document patient care accurately in Medaxion and uphold high clinical standards
- Contribute to a positive patient experience through attentive, high-quality perioperative care
