USAP-Indiana is looking for a 1099 Anesthesiologist to join our team at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. USAP Indiana is a physician-led partnership of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and practice management professionals proudly serving the Fort Wayne community. Formerly known as Midwest Anesthesia Associates, the group has provided exceptional anesthesia care throughout the Fort Wayne area for more than 40 years.

Hospital Information: Lutheran Hospital is a 396-bed level 2 trauma center. Cases include general, neuro, OBGYN, Urology, Endo, Eyes, Plastics, Burn, Cath Lab, CV, Peds, Orthopedic Trauma and OB (1,000 births a year). Lutheran is located in Fort Wayne, Indiana which was voted the fastest growing cities in the Midwest by US census Bureau along with top 20 best places to live in 2025 by US News & World Report.

Schedule •Weekend daytime work 6:45 am - 6:45 pm Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. Open and flexible to different schedules to help cover weekend work. •Physicians perform 90% of own cases •Open to doing cardiac cases if preferred but not required
