We are looking to complete our all-CRNA group with someone who values professional fulfillment and a rich personal life. We are a private anesthesia group with a 40-year history of contracting with a critical access hospital in beautiful Pullman Washington. Work to your full scope of practice.

Services include General, Ortho, Urology, OB/GYN (approximately 350 deliveries/year, epidurals don’t require in-house call), ENT, healthy peds (seldom), and endoscopy. We pride ourselves on a strong block program. We also have CRNAs working in our non-surgical pain management clinic, and opportunities may be available for pain management.

Schedule is 3 weeks on, 1 week off, and yields 13 weeks off per year. Pay is 1099, and starts at 300k, up to 336k based on experience, with yearly COLA increases. We also receive an annual production bonus.

CRNAs are voting members of medical staff committees. We are a well-respected part of the OR team, with a great team of CRNA’s that have been here for 4-16 years. We will consider the right new grad.
