Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department

Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC (45 days) for 6 months with the option to extend. Shifts are Monday-Friday, 5x8's, or 4x10's. No night, weekend, or call requirements for this need.

Case Mix: Cardiac/CV - Open heart and structural heart

Support Staff/Supervision: Independent practice - provider must be willing and able to work solo

Credentialing Time-Frame: 45 days Active MD license: Required to present
