Specialty: Cardiac Anesthesiologist

Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Level 3 trauma center. Dates/

Schedule: Beginning ASAC

• FT for 3 months with option to extend. Requesting full-time coverage with flexible shifts
• 8 or 10 hours between Monday-Friday.

Case Mix: Provider should be experienced with cardiac cases including CABG. There will also be general, ortho, OB, and peds

of OR's: 15 OR's and 4 endo suites and service to other specialty areas

Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised model. Excellent physician led model and supportive CRNA group

Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, Board Certified Active MN

License: Yes, must be licensed in MN or IMLC to be presented Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes The Independence Difference: Never worry about your travel accommodations again!
