Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Dept.

Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC (60-90 days) for 6 months with the option to extend. Looking for provider's who can commit to 24-hr shifts only right now (6:30 am - 7 am). This will be for 1 shift per week, most likely on a Saturday or Sunday.

Case Mix: General, ortho, Healthy peds, some trauma, comfortable with OB preferred but not required

Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised, 1:5

of OR's: 12

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days Active PA
