Schedule: Friday, Saturday 13.5 hours, Sunday 10hr.5 hour shifts .5 hour unpaid lunch Must work the entire weekend schedule, will consider 11 out of the 12 weekends for each 12wk assignment. no exceptions

Cases: 3-5/day

Cases: General Anesthesia, Neuro and Spine, Orthopedics, Oncology: ENT, GYN, Urology, No Blocks, No OB, No hearts

Practice Model: Medically Directed

Credentialing: 60 days Staff: 11 CRNA on staff OR's: 9 rooms 1 vascular Ages: Mainly adults.
