Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Full-Time

Ambulatory Anesthesia Solutions (AAS) is seeking a Full-Time CRNA to join our growing team in Indianapolis. AAS partners exclusively with ambulatory surgery centers, providing high-quality anesthesia services that support exceptional patient outcomes, operational excellence, and provider satisfaction.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, MAC, and sedation anesthesia
• Monitor and manage patients throughout the perioperative period
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing teams, and ASC leadership
• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and quality care

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active RN and APRN licensure
• NBCRNA certification
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
