Schedule: 2 CRNAs working from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with call 3pm-7am every other night and weekend shifts. call back is limited Independent CRNA practice. Podiatry (once a week), Endoscopy, limited Pediatric ENT, OB, no VBAC deliveries, Eyes, Urology, Ortho. Blocks: Adductor canal, TAP, iPack, Interscalene, Lower extremity/popliteal, very few PECS blocks.

Must provide proof of experience with epidurals, spinals, and blocks. Epic Rates: $255hr $265hr OT $300 night weeknight call $1,000/24hr weekend call $265hr call back. Paid malpractice, housing and travel.
