• Approximately $302,000 guaranteed base salary
• Easily earn $360,000+ annually
- Overtime after 3:00 PM paid additionally
• Weeknight call stipend: $350/night, plus callback pay (2-hour minimum guaranteed)
• Weekend call stipend: $500/night, plus callback pay
• 13 weeks off every year
- Four-provider rotation with every fourth week off
