This mixed MD-CRNA practice provides a diverse surgical case mix in a modern hospital setting, allowing providers to practice in a collaborative environment while enjoying a predictable schedule and generous time off.

Case Mix:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Specialty Surgical Procedures

Practice Model:

• Collaborative MD-CRNA practice
• Hospital-based surgical services
• Team-focused patient care

Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia for hospital-based surgical procedures.
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and hospital personnel.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with Texas licensure or eligibility.
• Hospital anesthesia experience preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Team:

• $215/hour

• Annualized

Compensation: $430,000 ($215/hour × 2,000 hours = $430,000) Scheduling:

• 5-day (40-hour) or 4-day (32-hour) guarantee available
• Typical 8–9 hour workdays

• No nights

• No weekends

• No holiday coverage

• One daytime home call rotation per week (Primary Team) Time Off:
• Up to 6 weeks of time off annually
• 7 major holidays observed
