• Location: Southwest Wisconsin
• Contract: Locum Tenens

• Rate: $275/hour for June (urgent need); $250/hour for July through the end of the year. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are included.

• Facility: Independent Practice

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (

No call required)

• Case Mix: Regional blocks, spinals, epidurals, general MAC, ortho, general surgery, podiatry, eyes/cataracts, and OB coverage (epidurals and C-sections).

Requirements

• NBCRNA Certification
