Anesthesiologist Locums Opportunity – Central Pennsylvania

Position Highlights:

Location: Central Pennsylvania

Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: Ongoing

Schedule: Flexible 10-hour and 16-hour shifts Need - Not all shifts are consecutive. Candidates must be flexible and open to working sporadic dates throughout the month.

Call: Occasional weekday night call, 3:00 PM–7:00 AM Competitive compensation Travel and lodging accommodations provided Malpractice insurance provided

Case Mix: Orthopedics, General Surgery, Vascular, OB/GYN, GI, Pediatrics, Plastics, Robotics, and Urology

Practice Model: Anesthesiologist supervision of CRNAs, approximately 1:3

EMR: Epic Candidates must be comfortable with: Regional anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks MAC anesthesia Spinal anesthesia Ultrasound-guided techniques Occasional overnight call coverage

Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Active Pennsylvania license preferred; licensing assistance available ACLS and PALS required Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred Temporary privileges may be available for candidates with a clean credentialing file Why Consider This Opportunity?
