- A rural hospital is seeking short-term CRNA coverage to maintain its surgical schedule. The practice has established anesthesia protocols, manageable weekly volume and a team of permanent CRNAs supporting a broad community case mix.

- Shenandoah is a small southwest Iowa community within driving distance of Omaha. The area offers a quieter rural setting, straightforward commuting and access to regional outdoor recreation.
ABOUT THE CLINICIAN'S WORKDAY
• The CRNA will work independently from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with no call. Daily responsibilities include preoperative assessment, independent anesthetic management and postoperative handoff across bread-and-butter rural cases. Severe high-risk cases are not expected.
