Are you an experienced CRNA looking for a predictable outpatient schedule with exceptional work-life balance? Guide Anesthesia is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join the team at SCA Melbourne Surgery Center (MSC) in Melbourne, Florida. This multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center features two operating rooms operating four days per week.

The case mix is approximately 80% sports medicine, along with other outpatient surgical specialties. Providers practice in a collaborative MD-CRNA model with a consistent weekday schedule and no call responsibilities. We are expanding the anesthesia team and are seeking two Primary CRNAs (4-day schedules) along with several PRN providers.

Multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center 2 operating rooms 4-day workweek Approximately 80% Sports Medicine Regional anesthesia opportunities No Pediatrics Collaborative MD-CRNA practice Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans. Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and facility personnel. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with Florida licensure or eligibility. Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred. Regional anesthesia experience preferred.

Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills. Compensation Summary 1099 Independent Contractor Primary Team $200/hour Annualized

Compensation: $400,000 ($200/hour × 2,000 hours = $400,000) Scheduling 5-day (40-hour) or 4-day (32-hour) guarantee available No call No weekends No holidays 7 major holidays off annually
