Cardiac Anesthesiologist – $736K Guaranteed Base

• Guaranteed base compensation of approximately $736,000 annually


  • Based on Monday-Friday schedule (40 hours/week)
  • Six weeks off annually

• 1099 Independent Contractor


• $3,200/day guaranteed (8-hour clinical day)


• $1,000 weekday call stipend


• $2,000 weekend call stipend


  • Additional pay for extra shifts

• Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus (3-year commitment)

Practice Highlights


Join a collaborative anesthesia department providing care for:


  • Adult Cardiac Surgery
  • Thoracic Surgery
  • Vascular Surgery
  • Structural Heart
  • Cardiac Cath Lab
  • General Surgery


You'll also have opportunities to participate in additional cases including orthopedic, trauma, OB, plastics, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry, and gynecology as desired.


  • Resident supervision and independent practice
  • Cardiac home call (approximately one weekday call per week and one weekend per month)
  • Modern, well-supported practice environment


Qualifications


• ABA Board Certified or Board Eligible

  • Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship
  • Certification in Perioperative TEE
  • Eligible for California medical licensure
  • Passion for teaching residents and medical students
