Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans. Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and facility personnel. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with Florida licensure or eligibility. Orthopedic or ambulatory surgery center experience preferred. Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Compensation Summary 1099 Independent Contractor Affiliate $190/hour 2–3 days per week Scheduling Tuesday through Friday No call No weekends No holidays 7 major holidays off annually Predictable outpatient schedule
