Guide Anesthesia is expanding its Cardiovascular ASC Anesthesia Program and is seeking an experienced CRNA to join our growing cardiac team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a unique opportunity to practice independently in one of the nation's emerging cardiovascular ambulatory surgery programs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with electrophysiology (EP) and cardiovascular procedures and be comfortable providing anesthesia in a fast-paced ASC environment.
The program is led by Jacob Hantla, CRNA, CCDS, FHRS, the nation's only anesthesia professional who is also a Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society, helping shape the future of cardiovascular anesthesia in the ambulatory setting.

Independent CRNA practice Dedicated cardiovascular ASC team Collaborative physician environment Opportunity to help build an innovative cardiovascular anesthesia program Cutting-edge outpatient cardiac procedures Responsibilities Provide anesthesia services for cardiovascular outpatient procedures. Develop individualized anesthesia plans for EP and cardiac patients. Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period.
Collaborate with cardiologists, procedural teams, and nursing staff. Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Arizona licensure or eligibility. Prior cardiac and/or electrophysiology anesthesia experience required.
Comfortable practicing independently. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Compensation Summary 1099 Independent Contractor Primary Team $200/hour Annualized
