Second call (Weekend - per hour worked)is scheduled for 7am-7pm, and the CRNA comes in to work at 7am, and is allowed to leave when not needed. (The second call usually works around 10 hours.) Third call (weekend) - flat rate - hold pager from 7am-5pm, and the CRNA is called in to work if needed. (Sometimes third call is not needed, but they usually work anywhere from 2 to 8 hours.) Orientation: 2 days 1st day is typically paperwork in the morning with Amy, admin assistant. with the rest of the day being in the OR. 2nd day is computer training and another half day in the OR. Provider will be sent 15 hours of training modules prior to 1st day. TNA suggests that the provider complete these prior to orientation - they will not be paid for completing these modules
