Duration: ASAP and ongoing
Schedule: M-F 8 hour days.
Cases: ortho, neuro/spine, pain, podiatry, GI.
Credentialing: 30 days Care team: independent. MD on site but doing own cases. Needed licenses and certifications: FL license, ACLS, BLS
