• The ratio is typically 1:4 for CRNA supervision, can also work independently
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC/Dragon

• Certifications required: U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent, Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association

• License required or accepting IMLC: Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan and a Controlled Substance License, Will consider Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• Case Logs: All applications must be able to demonstrate current competence and experience with at least one hundred (100) or more hospital anesthesiology cases, reflective of the scope of privileges requested, within the last 12 months. •
