Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details: Full-time coverage required with a minimum of 2 weeks per month and minimum 36 hours per week Two consecutive weeks per month required for the first three months of assignment Shift options include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with schedules ranging from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 7:00 PM Supervised practice model within a tertiary care hospital setting Care Team Model with 4:1 support ratio and 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department available for room turnover and supplies Patient population includes ages 12 and older across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals Specialized care procedures within a Level III tertiary facility EMR system: Epic (experience required) Beeper call available on some Saturdays (12-hour) and weeknights (8 or 12-hour); occasional overnight shifts on weeknights and/or weekends are welcomed but not required Must reside 50 or more miles from the facility to be considered Minnesota is not a compact state; Minnesota Board of Nursing licensure required for both RN and CRNA credentials ACLS/BLS (Tier 2 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required upon hire Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience required Skills checklist required at time of submission

The facility operates as a Level III designation and is supported by a multidisciplinary care team model that includes a dedicated 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department. The anesthesia department utilizes a supervised care team model with a 4:1 support ratio, providing CRNAs with strong operational backing.
The facility uses Epic as its electronic medical records system and delivers specialized, high-acuity care to a broad patient population.
