Credentialing: Approximately 60 days ✅ Temporary Privileges: Available (30–60 days) Schedule ✅ 8-hour day shifts available ✅ 10-hour day shifts available ✅ No 12-hour, 16-hour, or 24-hour shifts required ✅ Overtime is not expected but may be available ✅ Weeknight pager call required ✅ Weekend pager call required ✅ No in-house call ✅ No holiday shifts or holiday call required Practice Details ✅ Physician-supervised practice ✅ MD-to-CRNA supervision ratio: 1:4 ✅ Physicians perform their own cases ✅ Electronic Medical Record: Epic ✅ 8 anesthesia rooms Case Mix ✅ General Surgery ✅ Orthopedics ✅ Obstetrics (OB) Responsibilities ✅ Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments ✅ Obtain and verify informed consent ✅ Discuss anesthesia options, benefits, and risks with patients ✅ Administer and manage anesthesia throughout surgical procedures ✅ Monitor patients' physiological status during procedures ✅ Perform clinical interventions as needed to ensure patient safety Requirements ✅ Current Registered Nurse (RN) license ✅ Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program ✅ Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) ✅ Active CRNA certification and licensure required
